Due to non-sufficiency of International Standard Hotel in Dhaka, this company has started its operation with a view to construct a five-star hotel in Dhaka. The company has signed an agreement with world famous American business hotel Chain Starwood Hotels & Resorts world wide Inc. The construction work is in progress and would be completed within 2001. The company has plans to set-up more hotels of 5-star standard in Dhaka and other major cities of the country.
